The first time I got in contact with D1Milano watches was through Instagram. I saw a couple of pictures and was thinking the same thing a lot of people think about when they see one of these watches, namely it’s resemblance to pieces designed by Gerald Genta.
It wasn’t until my visit of their booth during Baselworld 2019 that I discovered there is more to this brand than it’s similarities with popular watches. The adventurous design and the simplicity make these fun watches to try and play around. Especially if you’re looking for a cool piece to match to a boho styled outfit during summer.

The Ultra Thin model is a newer model (from summer 2019) and it fits very snug and comfortable on the wrist. With it’s 38mm it is technically on the smaller side but works out to feel and wear way larger. The rosé gold colored case, the white dial and the fact that it’s time only is what draws me to the watch. It’s very simplistic and looks great on
