Favourite Watches #4

2 quarters of 2019 have already passed and I have been quietly thinking about my next top 3. It’s been quite hectic lately but nonetheless let’s dive into my current favourite watches.

Here are my current top 3 watches:

1) Nomos Tangente Neomatik 42 Date

I had the pleasure visiting the NOMOS booth during Baselworld 2019 and a lovely young lady showed me the collection. The thing that drew me to this watch was the amazing craftsmanship behind the watch, the turquoise hands and the interesting metal bracelet. Its the first ever watch with a metal bracelet and I must say that the design and the style of the bracelet truly resonated with me. A watch I would totally add to my collection.

2) IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph Top Gun Edition “Mojave Desert”

Again a Watch I was fortunate enough to see during a watch fair, this time it was SIHH 2019. A watch so unique I have rarely seen something like it. The sand-coloured case obviously taking the spotlight. I just love how everything on this watch is perfectly matched with each other. Another future addition to my collection I’d totally wear on a daily basis.

3) Cartier Ballon Bleu 42mm

The watch that I would wear to a wedding. Why? because it simply looks and feels elegant. The beautiful round shape of the case and the stunning classical dial with the blue hands makes this watch the perfect companion for any formal occasion. In addition to all these features the crown is what really makes me love this watch.
