My Favourite Watches of Baselworld 2019

Here are my top 3 watches of this years Baselworld watch fair:

  • Tudor Black Bay Chrono S&G

I have always been drawn to 2-tone watches, so no wonder this Chrono by Tudor is on my list. What really made me like this watch, was the bezel. It reminds me of a vintage Daytona.

  • Breitling Navitimer Ref. 806 1959 Re-Edition

The dial and the vintage look made me want to take this piece home immediately. Unfortunately I couldn’t ^^. This Navitimer was specially designed to look exactly like its older brother from the year 1959. It has a diameter of 41mm and is water resistant up to 30 meters. The watch is limited to 1959 pieces and comes with the leather bracelet shown above.
Price: 7.700€

  • Rolex  GMT-Master II Ref. 126710BLNR

Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II

I guess there is no need to introduce this watch. Paired with the jubilee bracelet it makes the watch look more casual and not all to sporty. Other than that they updated the movement to be in line with last years Pepsi.
Price: 8.500€

  • Patek Philippe 5520P

With its 4 pushers (2 on each side) the Worldtimer is by far a magnificent piece of craftsmanship. A self-winding grand complications offering a 24h alarm including the ability to show 2 time zones. A truly iconic watch.
