I have been using the apple watch for a while now and it all started during the first lockdown. It has become a part of my workout and movement routine as it helps me to keep track of my steps and lets me set goals on how much I want and need to move. Especially in times like these I find it very helpful. Nevertheless wearing it on a daily basis or even pairing it to another watch isn’t for me.
